往复泵由动力段和液力端两大部分组成。<br />
动力端的功能，是将动力机的回转运动转变为活塞(或柱塞)的直线往复运动。它包括传动离合装置、变速减速装置和曲柄连杆。它们的相互位置与安排决定着泵的总体结构型式，决定着泵的驱动方案及结构方案的选择。动力端的主要零部件包括皮带轮，离合器曲轴箱体及其中的传动轴，齿轮副，曲轴，连杆及十字头滑块。<br />！
软管泵的工作原理及应用：软管在泵体内呈U形布置。当旋转体带动挤压轮旋转时，挤压软管受到挤压轮的挤压而发生弹性变形，然后吸入口形成负压吸浆。通过挤压轮的推动，浆液从出料口排出，形成浆液的压力输送。工业软管泵主要应用于建筑、地下工程、矿山、食品、造纸、陶瓷等领域的粘性浆液远距离输送、计量泵送、压力灌浆、喷射等。

主要特点：承载能力强，效率高，振动小，噪音低，能耗低，传动方式简单，但由于其速比恒定，所以决定了流量不可调。<br />
变频电机+变频器
主要特点：扭矩大，调速精度高，运转平稳，性能稳定，可实现转速的自动调节，确保了流量的任意控制，弥补了无级变速器自动化程度不高的缺陷。缺点是变频器的价格较高。<br />
液压马达式。
软管泵具有输送强研磨性介质的能力。它无阀、无密封，同介质接触的 部件是橡胶软管的内腔，压缩软管的转子完全独立于介质之外。

（1）侧导辊每隔24小时用油枪从注油咀注油（高温锂基脂GB5671—91）一次，注油时注意侧导辊的松紧情况，若发现过松，用尖咀钳将其旋紧，使侧导辊处于良好的润滑状态，如发现侧导辊有异常声音，经调整松紧，仍不能，应考虑侧导辊内铜套是否磨损，将其拆下换铜套。
（2）压辊每隔三个月拆下来保养一次，给内腔和轴承加高温锂基脂（GB5671—91）。
（3）转子轴承每隔三个月加高温锂基脂（GB5671—91）一次。
（4）新的减速机在运行一段时间后，将油箱内的机油放掉，重新加30＃机油。
